Provided advice to major provider of communications technology and services on how to address a new product segment and market. The study included analysis of market & trends, customer survey, technology, competition and strategy.
- Vendor due diligence, European operator, June 2013 – September 2013
Supported private equity company in describing, Network, Technology, IT and processes of major European cable operator. The report served as part of vendor due diligence.
- Stratigic advice in Fixed-Mobile convergence, June 2013
Provided strategic advice to major multinational telecommunications operator on how to organically develop TV and Media technology to acheive new business growth by fixed and mobile convergence.
